Responsibilities: • Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance • Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients • Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand • Build customer loyalty while generating new revenue by developing long-term relationships • Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality • Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
