Position Overview
We are a large, high-performing real estate brokerage with multiple locations and 160+ agents, and we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to lead and elevate our brand as well as our agent’s brands. This person will own our marketing across every channel — social, print, and digital — while serving as a trusted partner to our agents in building their personal brands and marketing plans.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and operational: someone who can develop a high-level marketing strategy, then roll up their sleeves to execute it. You will be the connective tissue between our agents, our brand, and the external partners who bring our campaigns to life. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as this role touches nearly every part of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
• Develop and manage the brokerage’s social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels).
• Plan, create, and schedule a consistent content calendar that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Coach and collaborate with agents to maintain effective, on-brand social media presences.
Print Marketing
• Design and produce high-quality print collateral including listing flyers, brochures, postcards, signage, mailers, and event materials.
• Manage print campaigns from concept through production, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with print vendors on specs, proofs, pricing, and turnaround.
• Maintain vendor relationships and explore for potential growth and backup vendors
Agent Brand & Marketing Planning
• Partner directly with agents to build individualized brand and marketing plans that support their business goals.
• Provide templates, tools, and guidance that help agents market themselves and their listings professionally and consistently.
• Lead training sessions and one-on-one consultations on marketing best practices, tools, and brand standards.
Brand Management
• Own and protect the brokerage’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials and channels.
• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and maintain a library of marketing assets and templates.
Vendor & Partner Relationships
• Manage relationships with external vendors including print shops, photographers, videographers, designers, and advertising platforms.
• Work with management to negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Proactively identify, vet, and cultivate new vendor relationships to expand capabilities and improve value.
Strategy & Reporting
• Set measurable goals with management and reporting
• Stay current on real estate marketing trends, tools, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Marketing experience, with a strong preference for real estate or a related professional services industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing both social media and print marketing campaigns.
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and build lasting partner relationships.
• Working knowledge of AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools) and the ability to apply them to content creation, workflow efficiency, and marketing strategy.
• Proficiency with the Canva platform for design and content production.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with MLS systems, real estate marketing compliance, and listing promotion.
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Photography, videography, or video editing experience a plus.
