    Marketing Director for Personal Injury Law Firm Location: In-Office Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $65,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)

    About Us

    Sedaghat Law Group, APC is a growing personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for our clients. We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Director to own and grow our marketing strategy — from campaign planning to execution, analytics, and brand management. This role is in-office and ideal for someone who thrives at both big-picture strategy and hands-on implementation.

    Responsibilities:

    Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and traditional media (TV, radio, print, billboards)

    Manage advertising budgets and track ROI for all campaigns

    Develop and execute social media content calendars, create posts, graphics, and short-form videos

    Monitor engagement, respond to messages/reviews, and grow social media presence

    Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (ad spend, cost per lead, conversions, website traffic, social engagement)

    Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials

    Manage website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and online listings

    Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client communications

    Coordinate PR efforts, press releases, and community outreach as needed

    Qualifications:

    2–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment

    Proven success managing paid advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels

    Experience managing social media for a brand/business, with portfolio or examples of past work

    Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite)

    Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategy

    Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

    Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

    Familiarity with legal marketing ethics and advertising rules is a plus

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
