    Join the Kiyonna Family!

Kiyonna is an online women's clothing company with a line designed to spark joy. We got our start in plus-size in 1996 and expanded to serve all sizes in 2021 — and everything we make is still designed to fit and flatter. We're proudly made in the USA, produced right here in Orange County. As a dynamic results-driven company, we're looking for a hands-on, self-motivated executor to become a key part of our marketing team.

This isn't a "post-and-schedule" role. We're looking for someone who already knows the platforms, can build launches end-to-end, and can keep production, creative, and marketing moving in harmony. If you like owning the execution side of a brand — turning a style launch into a live product page, an email, an ad build, and a social moment — this is for you.

    What You'll Do:

    Shopify & Merchandising

Build and maintain product pages for every style launch on Shopify

Merchandise the site — organize collections, launches, and navigation so everything goes live on time and looks great

Run PDP (product page) experiments with the team to lift conversion incrementally

Set up and manage on-site pop-ups, including taking vendor calls independently

    Email, SMS & Paid Social

Build and schedule email campaigns, plus text (SMS) and push notifications

Build out Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for launches

    Social Commerce & Influencers

Set up and maintain product listings across Shop, Instagram/Facebook Shop, and TikTok Shop

Coordinate influencer outreach, gifting, and content delivery

Help respond to and engage with our community on social, in an on-brand voice

    Content & Creative Support

Partner with our graphic designer and video editor to bring launches to life — briefing them clearly and keeping projects on track

Bring a good eye for aesthetics; some hands-on knowledge of CapCut and Canva is always a plus

Contribute light, on-brand copy and social responses

    Reporting & Cross-Functional Work

Pull and read basic performance reports (comfortable with the numbers — you don't have to be a full-time analyst)

Partner across production, creative, and the Head of Marketing to keep launch timelines in sync, working off the production and marketing calendar

    What We're Looking For:

Hands-on Shopify experience — building product pages and merchandising (required)

Experience building email and Meta ad campaigns (required)

Familiarity with social commerce: Shop, Instagram/Facebook Shop, and TikTok Shop

A genuinely good written voice for social and brand

Comfort pulling and reading basic performance reports

A good eye for aesthetics, with some CapCut and Canva knowledge a plus

Some experience working with Claude (or similar AI tools) a plus

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple launches at once

A positive, go-with-the-flow team player who can also run independently

Knowledge of the fashion industry and e-commerce/retail is a big plus

2+ years of relevant e-commerce experience

    The Details:

Location: In-house in Orange County, CA

Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with the possibility of increasing days as you grow in the role

Pay: Starting at $30.00/hour, based on experience

Benefits: health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; retirement plan; and an employee discount (available with full time [30+ hours] employment)
