RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a client in the telecommunications industry that is seeking a Part Time Marketing & Events Coordinator in the Naples, Florida area.

Our client specializes in fiber internet, television, voice, and managed WiFi services for residential communities and businesses across Florida.

As Marketing & Events Coordinator, you would support resident engagement, customer education, and local marketing during community deployment and onboarding.

Key job duties, among others:

• Coordinate resident events and information sessions, including scheduling, setup, breakdown, and logistics
• Organize marketing materials, signage, giveaways, and event supplies.
• Track event participation, resident feedback, and frequently asked questions.
• Support grassroots marketing and community communications.
• Assist with marketing and customer engagement as a local retail and customer service location opens.

This is an hourly, in person role requiring 3 days per week in the Naples area, with occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules. Reliable transportation is required.

The preferred background includes 1 to 3 years in marketing, events, community engagement, customer experience, hospitality, or a related field. Microsoft 365 proficiency is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
