    VITA North America is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team.     The Marketing & Events Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and executing integrated marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support revenue growth. This position partners closely with the marketing, sales, product management, and education teams to coordinate digital and traditional marketing campaigns, manage event logistics, develop marketing collateral, and support tradeshow and educational program execution.

    The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Marketing Campaign Coordination

    Assist in developing, scheduling, and publishing digital marketing content, including email, social media, and promotional campaigns.

    Support the creation, routing, and distribution of marketing collateral to internal teams and external partners.

    Manage and maintain customer and prospect mailing lists for both digital and direct mail initiatives.

    Coordinate lead capture, organization, and distribution to sales teams following campaigns and events.

    Track campaign performance and support reporting efforts as needed.

    Events & Tradeshow Support

    Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, educational events, and customer programs, including registration, materials, shipments, and onsite execution support.

    Assist in managing event timelines, deliverables, vendor communication, and event-related contracts.

    Conduct research on potential events, sponsorships, and opportunities to expand brand exposure.

    Collaborate with the sales team to ensure event readiness, including booth materials, product samples, and promotional assets.

    Support events onsite in collaboration with Marketing & Events Manager.

    Cross‑Functional Marketing Support

    Work closely with sales representatives to provide marketing materials, digital assets, and promotional tools that support their regional initiatives.

    Work closely with internal teams globally to support web site and web shop functionality, marketing campaigns, and events.

    Maintain organized marketing assets, files, and databases to ensure brand consistency and content accessibility.

    Assist with general marketing operations, project tracking, and coordination across departments.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

    1-2 years’ experience preferred

    Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred, but not required

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    Working knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

    Graphic design skills preferred but not required (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

    Excellent organizational and project management skills

    TRAVEL

    May require up to 10% local, national, or international travel for trade shows and educational programs.
