What you'll do
• Plan and execute adoption marketing campaigns across web, email, and events to deliver on company-wide retention objectives.
• Determine adoption-focused content needs, support development and localization, and identify opportunities for content syndication.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Learning, and the Field to drive key initiatives forward.
• Partner with data analysts to collect and utilize customer usage insights to identify key customer cohorts for targeted campaign segmentation.
• Act as a product expert within the Adoption Marketing team, creating close ties to solution marketing, management, and development.
• Understand the needs and challenges within a specific product area to ensure target usage and retention is met.
• Track and report on campaign progress and effectiveness tied to KPIs, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Effectively communicate across global teams to identify areas of opportunity for innovation and expansion.
What you bring
• 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing roles with proven record of driving successful digital marketing projects.
• Experience with content development, email marketing, web management, and event execution.
• Ability to work both independently and within team/group settings depending on needs of projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communicator with comfortability presenting to and working with all levels within the organization.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects and timing to ensure all activities are completed on time and budget.
• Experience in software or technology company preferred.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 74,000-100,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
