Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist
Job Summary:
The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and webinars, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and creating marketing collateral and graphics. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of marketing concepts and a passion for delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Content Creation and Review: Work with the marketing intern to assist with developing and curating engaging content for various marketing platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
Social Media Marketing Platform Management: Manage the company’s social media presence by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content through Birdeye for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Marketing Support Onboarding and Offboarding: Work with the onboarding team to set up accounts and provide marketing support to new owners. Will also work with closing locations as they leave the system.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams
