Our brand is built on trust, responsiveness, and doing what we say we're going to do. Your job is to make sure the right people know we exist — and want to talk to us.
What You Own
Brand Attention
- Build and manage M3's presence across LinkedIn, social media, email, and local DFW market channels
- Create content that makes people stop scrolling — not fluff, real stuff that matters to business owners
- Own the M3 brand voice and make sure everything we put out feels consistent and credible
- Manage SEO, website content, and inbound visibility so prospects find us before we find them
Attracting Prospective Clients
- Build and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) targeting the right companies in DFW
- Manage GoHighLevel CRM — campaigns, workflows, follow-up sequences, and pipeline hygiene
- Coordinate chamber events, networking, sponsorships, and local visibility opportunities
- Track and report on lead generation metrics weekly — what's working, what's not, what's next
First Conversations with Prospects
- Be the first point of contact for inbound leads — qualify them, make them feel welcomed, and determine fit
- Have honest conversations that determine whether a prospect is a good fit for M3's services before passing to Michael
- Set discovery meetings and manage early-stage pipeline in GoHighLevel
- Follow up persistently and professionally — you understand that deals are won and lost in the follow-up
What You Need to Bring
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience — show us results, not just responsibilities
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platform
- Proven track record of generating leads and filling a pipeline — not just managing campaigns
- Comfortable being the first voice a prospect hears — you can qualify, not just market
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and local networking/events
- Strong writing skills — you can write copy that sounds human and actually gets read
- Self-starter energy — you don't wait to be told what to do next
