Summary
We are seeking a Marketing/HR Assistant to join our team at Max Well Therapy, LLC. This role will support our Marketing and Human Resources efforts to promote our diverse therapy services and engage with the community. The Marketing/HR Assistant will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of maximizing health and wellness.
Responsibilities
Create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance community engagement.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and website updates.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for service promotion.
Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with the team to produce print advertising materials and promotional content.
Manage Employee time off calendar
Conduct background and reference checks on all new employees
Support supervisors by managing 1:1 and new employee meetings
Assist HR with additional tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
Excellent written communication skills with experience in copywriting.
Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance is a plus.
Familiarity with Canva
