This position plays a vital role in both expanding our firm’s visibility in the community and ensuring potential clients receive exceptional care from the very first interaction. In this role, you will support the firm’s marketing initiatives while also guiding potential clients through the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. You will serve as one of the first points of contact for individuals seeking legal help after an injury, helping them feel heard, supported, and confident that they have reached the right law firm. Responsibilities: Marketing: • Assist in managing the firm’s website content and updates to ensure accuracy, usability, and a strong online presence • Support SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic to the firm’s website • Help coordinate blog posts and content to educate and attract potential clients • Assist with online reputation management, including obtaining, monitoring, and responding to reviews • Support social media updates and digital marketing campaigns • Track marketing activity and help identify opportunities to grow the firm’s reach Intake: • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, text, email, and web inquiries • Conduct client intake conversations with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy • Gather and document key case details for attorney review • Ensure prospective clients receive timely follow-up and clear communication Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • A proactive and positive attitude • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing, including SEO • Experience in marketing, communications, client relations, or a related field • Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
