ROLE: Marketing Integrator - Aleph Fractional Marketing Team

Currently, our portfolio consists of Paris Painting, Militello Painting, JMJ Painters, Riggins Painting, Veenhuizen Painting, Marc Poulos Painting, Davis Custom Finishes, Peach Painting, Lumos Painting, Rock Solid Painting, ESP Painting, Parmer and Sons Painting, Tony Ekman Painting, PaintGreen, Hershberger Painting, Destiny Painting, Cloute Painting, Final Touch Painting, Ridings Residential, and Prim Painting. As we scale these entities, we will continue to invest in additional startups and real estate that are synergistic to our holdings.
MARKETING TEAM VISION:
We are metric driven marketers whose goal is to integrate strategy and lead generation programs through the marketing team to support revenue & profit growth for our partnerships.
Practically our team provides fractional marketing services to our painting partnerships to ensure lead flow and high ROI on their marketing dollars. Simply, we provide 30 hours of marketing fractional services to each partner each month to help them achieve these results. We have some internal services (web and PPC, direct mail, graphic design, accounting/scorecards/matchbacks, etc.) and work with outside vendors on other services (SEO, Facebook ads, recruiting etc.).
TIME AND COMPENSATION:
- Base Salary --- $85,000 - $125,000
- Performance Bonus Plan
ALIGNMENT, SUPPORT, CAREER PATH:
- Weekly Goal Alignment Meeting (1v1) to provide an environment for goal setting, direction, and support.
- Weekly L10 attendance and leading the scorecard for marketing
- Attend Quarterly Team and Functional Meetings
- Annual Performance Review with Supervisor and Roles, Goals, and Compensation meeting.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy
- Analysis of past lead spend / ROI
- Analysis of past customer and other campaign performance
- Create lead cost estimates and month by month marketing plans
- Create and maintain larger yearly strategy around content creation, marketing assets, and overall campaign improvements
- Research trends and best practices in home service marketing, and make recommendations for partner's marketing efforts.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Lead weekly L10 format meetings to create accountability around tasks, strategy, and outcomes for our partner's marketing efforts
- Oversee consistent weekly communication with each partner to ensure execution of marketing strategy
3. Project & Team Management
- Oversee the department's internal tasks are relayed to correct staff and contractors with appropriate deadlines and project planning
- Serve as conduit and prioritization of creative services requests, engaging with staff across the organization to accept incoming projects (copy, design, email, social, etc.), communicating project goals and deadlines, and delegating tasks as needed
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to confidently coach small business owners toward marketing success.
- Mid-level marketing experience working both independently and as part of a marketing team.
- Experience supervising, mentoring and leading direct and indirect reports.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities.
- Works independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple and conflicting priorities.
- Project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to produce to oversee high ROI marketing.
- Experience managing a brand's social media platforms and executing paid and unpaid campaigns.
- Experience in website management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO practices.
- Basic Google Analytics knowledge
