    Job Description

    We are seeking a Marketing Intelligence Analyst to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for gathering and managing market data, creating targeted marketing content, and supporting campaign execution across multiple channels.

    • Support the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and communication plans for product lines. Develop and adapt marketing materials based on market trends and business needs.
    • Collect, manage, and analyze market data. Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to support strategic decisions. Track campaign performance and lead generation metrics, and prepare regular reports.
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, events, webinars, email marketing, PR, and paid media. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality content.
    • Organize and support promotional events such as trade shows and roadshows. Ensure alignment of content and messaging with brand guidelines and audience needs.
    • Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are qualified and nurtured through the marketing funnel, using appropriate tools and messaging.
    • Partner with product management, communications, and digital teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and promotional efforts across all platforms.
    • Maintain up-to-date product and marketing content on the website and internal platforms. Ensure timely updates and accuracy.
    • Manage and report on assigned marketing budgets. Monitor spend and ensure alignment with goals and priorities.
    • Travel maximum 20%

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
    • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, communications, or public/media relations with a strong preference to experience in technical or industrial B2B marketing
    • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content
    • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, content management systems, social media)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), content strategy, and analytics
    • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, including workflow and lead nurturing
    • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on KPIs
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and social scheduling tools
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
