Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, communications, or public/media relations with a strong preference to experience in technical or industrial B2B marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, content management systems, social media)
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), content strategy, and analytics
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, including workflow and lead nurturing
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and social scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
