**As we continue to expand, BoatJunkie Sales and Service, we are seeking a Full-time dedicated Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Department.
**
**Ideal Marketing Intern is an efficient and proactive, eager to gain hands-on experience in inventory management, market analysis, and digital marketing strategies.

**As a Marketing Intern, you will manage boat inventory photography, create digital content, and conduct competitor analysis.
**

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be required to meet the following job responsibilities established by Bonita Boat Center that include but are not limited to:
- Execute marketing strategies that directly support sales objectives by increasing customer inquiries and showroom visits.
- Develop engaging, on-brand content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns designed to generate leads and convert prospects into buyers.
- Conduct market research to identify key trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies that can enhance sales performance.
- Capture and optimize high-quality photos, videos, and descriptions for boat inventory listings, ensuring maximum appeal to potential buyers.
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date digital showroom across social media, website listings, and third-party sales platforms.
- Optimize SEO and website content to drive organic traffic and improve the dealership’s online search rankings.
- Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights on customer behavior, sales funnel efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and adapt strategies based on performance analytics.
- Assist in planning and executing sales events, boat shows, and promotional campaigns that increase foot traffic and direct sales.
- Support additional marketing initiatives and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing social media platforms, crafting engaging content, and utilizing digital tools.
- Proficiency in photography and basic photo editing to produce visually compelling marketing assets.
- Familiarity with AI automation tools and chatbot/agent development.
- Hands-on experience operating drones for content creation.
- Competence in web design, with an eye for user experience and functionality.
- Skilled in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Solid background in digital design and visual storytelling.
- Experience in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of marine industry terminology and practices is advantageous, though not required.
