    MARKETING INTERN (PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM FOCUS) ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    A Marketing Project Manager at Crowe is generally responsible for leading marketing campaigns and special projects from kick-off through completion, ensuring projects are completed on-time and stay on budget.

    • Manages multichannel marketing campaigns and special projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams

    • Develops detailed project timelines, estimates, and status reports

    • Maintains schedules and scopes, escalating when necessary

    • Builds relationships with key stakeholders and manages expectations to ensure teams are aligned on strategy and delivery

    • Communicates project status to stakeholders and internal teams on a regular basis to ensure clarity on next steps and milestones

    • Works with individuals at all levels in the organization, building strong relationships with respect and credibility

    AS A MARKETING INTERN, YOU WILL HELP OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH:

    • Coordinating and providing support for webinars and tradeshows

    • Monitoring timelines and tasks and updating project plans as needed

    • Reviewing deliverables for accuracy

    • Participating in team/client status calls

    • Supporting various one-off/specialized projects

    • Invoice processing and budget tracking

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related field (preferred), with relevant coursework and/or work experience (e.g., summer positions, school jobs/associations)

    • Experience with project management software such as Workfront (preferred)

    • Demonstrates organizational skills, including great attention to detail and accuracy

    • Understands digital and multichannel marketing concepts, marketing technologies, and operational workflows

    • Ability to build rapport and credibility with colleagues and clients, by demonstrating strong communication skills, both verbally and electronically.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle changing priorities, and work on multiple assignments

    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25.00 to $38.00 hourly.
