    Marketing Intern (Full-Time, Onsite – 3–6 Months)

    Position Overview

    Eureka Ergonomic is seeking two full-time, on-site Marketing Interns for a structured 3–6 month internship program.

    This role provides hands-on experience across digital marketing, product launches, sales support, and marketing operations. Interns will receive ongoing feedback and may be evaluated based on performance, initiative, and overall contribution.

    Interns may be considered for future employment opportunities based on performance, qualifications, and business needs.

    Internship Details

    Duration: 3–6 months Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite) Travel: Up to ~30% (client visits, trade shows, product launches) Compensation: $18.00/hour (non-exempt; overtime paid in accordance with California law) Work Conditions: This is an onsite role; regular, predictable attendance is required

    Travel & Expense Note:

    All required business travel will be compensated in accordance with applicable California labor laws and company reimbursement policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    Digital Marketing & Campaign Coordination

    Assist with influencer outreach, coordination, and campaign tracking Support social media content planning, scheduling, and monitoring Track engagement and campaign performance metrics Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign alignment

    Sales & Marketing Material Development

    Create presentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint) for internal and external use Support the development of catalogs, pitch decks, and promotional materials Assist with product launch content and internal communications

    Product & Launch Support

    Maintain product information sheets and feature/benefit documentation Assist in new product launches and cross-functional coordination Support product calendar planning and execution

    Documentation & Organization

    Assist in developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Maintain organized file systems within Google Drive Ensure marketing assets are properly stored and accessible

    Analytics & Reporting

    Support campaign tracking and basic data analysis Assist in preparing weekly reports and performance summaries Conduct competitor research and market analysis

    Qualifications

    Junior or Senior undergraduate, or graduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred (Not Required):

    Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with Shopify or Amazon Seller Central Interest in digital marketing or e-commerce

    Program Structure

    Onboarding and training on brand, products, and systems Ongoing mentorship and structured check-ins Performance feedback throughout the program Final evaluation based on overall contributions and role alignment
