Introduce our services (cleanouts, bulk item removal, evictions, turnovers)

    Build relationships with:

    Property managers

    Leasing staff

    Maintenance teams

Leave behind marketing materials (door hangers, flyers, business cards)

    Track visits, contacts, and follow-ups

    Secondary Responsibilities (20–30% of Role)

Help reinforce keywords like “junk removal Savannah” and “apartment cleanout”

    📊 Sales Support

Follow up on estimates and missed opportunities

Track daily KPIs (visits, contacts, posts, reviews, etc.)

How local SEO, reviews, and content drive inbound leads

How marketing and sales work together in a small business
