GCHS is looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to help support our marketing efforts and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Summary
Acts as a marketing assistant to develop and promote special marketing materials and projects such as community-wide campaigns, special events, community education, social media promotions, articles, and print material design.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists with designing and developing print marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, flyers, sell sheets, posters, etc.
Develops and posts online content to GCHS social media platforms and website.
Assists with special event planning and promotion for events (i.e. health fair, Holiday festivities, GCHS-sponsored events, county fair, career fairs, etc).
Helps draft written articles and press releases for print publication, and coordinate advertising and articles with local newspapers.
Works on-site to collaborate with HR/Marketing department and perform additional functions as needed, and is available to work remotely if deemed necessary to help design and disseminate marketing content as directed.
Supports recruitment efforts by assisting with recruitment advertisements, flyers, fairs, etc.
Assists with public health education messaging including targeted social media messaging for patient educational purposes.
Provides assistance in creating and posting signage in the facility and coordination with the school and health department.
Assists with internal employee communication and education such employee newsletters, update emails, etc.
