Saddleback BBQ is Lansing’s premier destination for craft BBQ, proudly serving up authentic Southern-style barbecue with a Midwestern twist. Since opening our first location in REO Town in 2015, we've expanded to Okemos and added Slice by Saddleback—our artisan pizza concept launched in 2021.
Our commitment to quality runs deep: all meats are smoked on-site using locally sourced hardwoods, and our signature sauces—Saddleback Sweet & Savory, Michigan Mustard, and Vinegar—reflect the bold flavors we’re known for.
