About the Role: Join D1 Training Kendall as a Marketing Intern and step into the fast-paced world of sports performance marketing. This is a hands-on, unpaid summer internship designed for high school or college students looking to gain real-world experience in the marketing field. You’ll play a key role in promoting a brand dedicated to developing athletes and transforming lives while building valuable skills for your future career.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and in-gym promotions

Research market trends and local competition to help shape strategy

Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials

Support events, activations, and community outreach initiatives

Track campaign performance and provide insights on what’s working

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh, high-energy marketing ideas

Help maintain and update website content

Contribute in team meetings and bring creative ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For:

Current high school or college student interested in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

Comfortable with social media platforms and digital tools

Creative, proactive, and passionate about sports/fitness

Able to work both independently and in a team setting

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Experience in marketing, content creation, or school projects is a plus

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic design tools
