    Job Overview

    Join our dynamic marketing team for an immersive summer internship experience across our portfolio of distinctive hospitality brands: The LINE Hotels, The Ned US, and Saguaro Palm Springs. You'll gain hands-on exposure to innovative marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and brand activations across multiple luxury lifestyle properties. This role offers direct involvement in social media management, digital advertising, email marketing, event programming, PR coordination, and influencer collaborations.

    Experience building awareness for an award-winning, culturally-driven hospitality brands and restaurants. Whether you're passionate about hospitality or come from creative fields like fashion, art, music, and culture, we want to hear from you.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

    Digital Marketing & Social Media

    Maintain and update websites for The LINE Hotels, The Ned US, and Saguaro Palm Springs with fresh content, imagery, and information

    Assist with developing innovative social media content concepts across all brand channels

    Create and edit mobile content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and in-feed posts for multiple properties

    Source compelling visuals and assist with copywriting for all brand social channels

    Update graphics and promotional flyers as needed

    Monitor social media trends and cultural movements relevant to our diverse brand portfolio and locations

    Campaign Support & Analytics

    Compile monthly marketing performance reports and digital analytics

    Support integrated marketing campaign execution across departments

    Collaborate with Food & Beverage, PR, Brand, and Digital teams

    Maintain and update email marketing databases

    Participate in agency meetings, brand partnership discussions, and internal strategy sessions

    Assist with professional photo and video shoots

    Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape

    Handle various administrative tasks to support marketing operations

    Knowledge, Requirements and Skills

    Available to work on-site at the LINE LA, two days per week through August 31st

    Current undergraduate student or recent college/university graduate

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Passionate about culture, creativity, and social media

    Experience in social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook) and content creations: creating IG Reels, editing videos and creating social content

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

    Guest service mindset and collaborative attitude

    Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

    Understanding of hospitality industry trends and lifestyle brands is preferred

    Working Conditions/Environment
