Location: This position is work-from-home
Our internship experience is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 5th, 2023 and concludes on August 11th, 2023.

As a Marketing intern for CVS Health, you will gain valuable work experience and participate in:
Projects that contribute to the success of the business, including supporting the development of comprehensive B2B and/or B2C marketing plans with the guidance of your manager.
Community service activities

What you will do:
Support the development of omnichannel marketing strategies that influence positive health outcomes for one of our key audiences: customers, patients, PBM members, providers or payors.
Write strategic marketing briefs and build the foundation for a successful marketing initiative or campaign
Manage the campaign development process with partners from conception to market launch
Measure initiative/campaign performance
Support journey mapping efforts for key audiences
Help synthesize consumer insights, data, research, industry trends and best practices to inform strategic marketing plans
Collaborate with partners across the enterprise, including creative, analytics, digital, product, clinical, operations and legal teams
Learning opportunity:
Gain exposure to various parts of the organization including Creative/Design, Content, Sales, Product, Brand Compliance, Digital, Analytics and more
Learn end-to-end campaign management, from concept development through deployment to measurement
Gain experience in project management, agility, and time management
Learn the creative and content development process
Learn the Legal and Privacy review process
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.16
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Internship or work experience in related field such as business or marketing
Interest in a career in marketing/advertising
Have an interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
EDUCATION
Be currently pursuing a Bachelors degree
Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2023 and August 2024
Have a major, minor or concentration relevant to the position. Examples include: Business, Communications, or Marketing
