    About the Role

    We're looking for a motivated Seattle based Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience at a growing startup across digital marketing, social media, and content creation. You will work with experienced marketing pros to create craveable short-form video, written content, and paid media covering a super-premium product category in the direct-to-consumer space. This is a paid internship opportunity!

    Crowd Cow is building the world's premier discovery platform for luxury meat and seafood — a foodie's dream. We're a profitable Series B company with thousands of subscribers nationwide, but our growth mindset is pure startup: high-energy, bold experiments, and big bets.

    Role Details:

    Duration: 10–12 weeks (flexible depending on candidate availability)
    Hours per Week: 20 hours
    Compensation: $20/hour
    Location: Hybrid in-office at Crowd Cow's Downtown Seattle headquarters (3 days a week)
    Reports to: Content Manager and Growth Manager

    What You'll Do:

    Each intern will contribute across several marketing functions, including:

    • Social Media: Schedule posts, engage with our community, moderate comments, and monitor trends across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
    • Influencer Partnerships: Support prospecting, outreach, and coordination with creators to bring influencer collaborations to life.
    • Copywriting: Draft engaging email copy, social captions, and short-form campaign text that align with Crowd Cow's brand voice.
    • Content Production: Assist in creating and editing photo and video assets for our digital channels.

    What We're Looking For:

    • A strong interest in marketing, social media, and brand storytelling.
    • Excellent communication, video editing, and writing skills.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
    • Experience with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
    • Experience with design and video editing tools (Adobe suite, CapCut, similar tools).
    • Passion for food, sustainability, and supporting small producers.
    • Currently enrolled in Bachelors Degree program in Junior/Senior year, studying Marketing, Communications, Broadcasting, PR or similar in good standing or within 1 year of having graduated.
