Marketing Leader (Head of Brand & Growth)
Level Up | Noble Capital Location: Austin, TX (In-Office)
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base + performance incentives
About the Role
Level Up is hiring a Marketing Leader (Head of Brand & Growth) to build and run a disciplined, measurable marketing operation. This is not a campaign-only role and not a support function.
This position owns the systems that drive growth—bookings, recapture, and referrals—and is accountable for converting marketing activity into booked meetings, closed business, and revenue.
This role will inherit incomplete systems and inconsistent execution and is expected to impose structure quickly. You will operate as a growth leader within the firm, responsible for structure, execution, accountability, and performance reporting.
Level Up is entering its next growth phase and is building the systems required to scale bookings, referrals, and revenue with discipline. The first priority in this role is diagnosing gaps, stabilizing execution, and establishing baseline performance metrics.
About Level Up Companies
Level Up Companies is an Austin-based SMB accelerator platform built to help founders and private equity–backed companies scale intentionally. The company was formed to address the “founder’s dilemma”: continue slow growth, scale aggressively without infrastructure, or exit. Level Up provides another path—one focused on disciplined execution and sustainable scale.
Level Up operates as a back-office partner, delivering managed services and advisory across four core areas:
- Talent: HR strategy, recruiting, and workforce development
- Technology: CTO and CISO advisory, IT systems, and security
- Finance: CFO advisory and profitability strategy
- Brand: Marketing, positioning, and growth execution
The firm partners closely with leadership teams, operating alongside them to build what is missing and strengthen what already works. Level Up is also the platform supporting Noble Capital and Skyline Wealth Strategies.
