Position Overview: The Marketing Liaison supports marketing, community engagement, and outreach efforts through event coordination, on-site representation, and organized campaign execution. This role is both hands-on and administrative, requiring comfort with physical activity as well as computer-based organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport marketing materials to and from storage locations and event sites
Set up, break down, and staff marketing and community events
Represent the office on-site at events, engaging with the public and building brand awareness
Stand for extended periods of time during events and outreach activities
Organize and manage event details, schedules, and marketing mailings using a computer
Assist with local marketing initiatives and community partnerships
Support outreach campaigns and track basic activity and follow-up
Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with office growth goals
Qualifications:
Outgoing and comfortable speaking with the public in a variety of settings
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Efficient with computers and comfortable handling event coordination and marketing mailings
Spanish bilingual preferred due to frequent public interaction in the local community
Ability to lift, carry, and move marketing materials and supplies
Reliable transportation and availability to attend local events
Experience in marketing, events, or community outreach preferred, but not required
