    Join the largest coffee retail company in the country! This multinational chain is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its dynamic advertising team. If you excel in a collaborative environment and are looking for career growth, this could be the perfect opportunity.

    As the Marketing Manager of Advertising, you’ll play a key role in briefing and executing advertising campaigns while partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams across the marketing organization. You’ll also lead advertising initiatives and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and business partners.

    The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in consumer advertising and brand marketing, and a proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

    Marketing Manager of Advertising Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and execution of high-impact creative across all external paid media channels, including film, digital, audio, social, print, and custom content
    • Contribute to advertising campaign strategy by leading key briefings focused on brand, experience, and product
    • Guide creative execution with strategic oversight, delivering feedback, and facilitating leadership review sessions
    • Provide direction throughout production, including on-set guidance, editing, and music strategy
    • Represent advertising within the integrated marketing process by preparing leadership presentations and participating in key meetings
    • Manage partnerships with agency teams and internal stakeholders across paid media, social, analytics, creative studio, and integrated marketing

    Marketing Manager of Advertising Qualifications:

    • 5+ years in consumer/brand marketing and campaign strategy/project management
    • Experience in marketing agencies or large corporations
    • Strong verbal and written communication; effective with cross-functional teams and leadership
    • Creative problem-solver with strategic evaluation skills
    • Proven cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building
    • Supports creative teams in delivering high-quality brand and marketing work
    • Skilled in project/process management, prioritization, and system improvement
    • Comfortable with change and ambiguity; maintains a positive outlook
    • Willingness to travel for production shoots
