    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to build and lead the centralized marketing function for our growing multi-location Dental Support Organization (DSO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple dental offices, increasing patient acquisition, supporting brand consistency, and driving growth. This is a pivotal role that bridges business development, digital strategy, and operational support across locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase new patient flow and brand awareness across all office locations.

    Establish and manage a centralized marketing department, including internal resources and external vendors.

    Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and Google Ads.

    Collaborate with office managers, regional leads, and ownership to ensure consistent messaging and promotion of services.

    Coordinate local outreach efforts, community events, referral programs, and partnerships.

    Analyze and report on marketing KPIs such as call volume, online conversion rates, campaign ROI, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

    Manage marketing budget and allocate spend strategically across offices based on performance and growth potential.

    Ensure up-to-date branding and signage at all locations and consistency across websites, reviews, and digital platforms.

    Stay current on dental marketing trends and identify opportunities to implement innovative strategies.

    Oversee marketing materials including brochures, in-office collateral, videos, and newsletters.

    Partner with recruitment and HR to support hiring campaigns and employer branding efforts.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

    5+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare or dental marketing preferred.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, etc.).

    Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets across multiple business units or locations.

    Proven ability to analyze data, set KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

    Familiarity with dental practice operations, insurance, and patient acquisition funnels is a plus.

    Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

    Self-motivated, organized, and capable of driving projects from concept to execution.

    Experience working in a DSO or healthcare group environment is highly desirable.
