This position is responsible for vendor management, maximizing marketing ROI, data-driven decision-making, and supporting the firm’s overall growth strategy. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the firm’s marketing strategy to support revenue goals • Manage marketing vendors, budgets, and performance metrics • Monitor campaign analytics and report results with an ROI focus • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising • Lead content strategy — social media, newsletters, blog posts, and branded materials • Support reputation management: Google reviews, client stories, testimonials • Track and optimize performance for intake, lead quality, and conversion rates • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels • Coordinate firm events, sponsorships, and community engagement opportunities • Collaborate closely with leadership and department heads on initiatives and messaging Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred • 3+ years of marketing experience required — legal or service industry experience a plus • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics • Experience managing external agencies and/or marketing vendors • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads) • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines • Results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Compensation: $55,000 - $90,000 Depending on Experience
