Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. • Analyze marketing metrics and performance data to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization. • Collaborate with the graphic designer to create compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics. • Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, posting, and engagement with followers. • Plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, workshops, and other promotional activities. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts. • Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Qualifications: • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the real estate or related industry. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns and content. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
