    Atlanta, Georgia We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to own the firm’s marketing strategy, execution, analytics, and growth system. This role blends manager-level leadership with hands-on digital execution. The Marketing Manager will strengthen the firm's lead generation pipeline through strategic digital marketing, community-facing initiatives, and referral network development. What We Offer You • Competitive salary: $70,000-80,000 (+quarterly bonus opportunities) • Comprehensive healthcare benefits • Retirement benefits • Work/Life balance with hybrid options available • Opportunities to lead creative campaigns and shape new media channels (podcast, YouTube, etc.) • A collaborative, mission-driven culture that encourages growth and creativity Responsibilities: • Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with firm growth goals. • Manage and safeguard brand identity; ensure consistent voice across all channels. • Oversee and coordinate with vendors (e.g., SEO, ads etc.). • Collaborate with COO and CEO on lead generation, ROI tracking, and KPI performance. • Create and manage content calendar (social media, reels, blog posts, newsletters). • Optimize the firm's website, landing pages, SEO, and digital ads. • Write and design newsletters, case highlights, community spotlights, and digital resources. • Manage Mailchimp, social platforms (IG, YouTube, etc.), and future podcast/YouTube content. • Partner with our Community Relations & Outreach Coordinator (CROC) to align outreach + digital efforts. • Support planning and promotion of community events/partnerships. • Strengthen the firm's referral network through strategic touchpoints, storytelling, and CRM nurturing. • Track KPIs: new matters, cost per lead, conversion rates, campaign ROI. • Provide monthly reporting to the COO and the CEO with insights to optimize plans. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in marketing (law firm or professional services preferred, but not required). • Proven track record of driving measurable results (leads, conversions, ROI). • Strong skills in digital marketing tools: SEO, social media, email campaigns, analytics. • Excellent writing and design skills for content creation. • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, coordinate with internal staff, and drive accountability. • Highly organized, creative, coachable, and aligned with our mission: Our Firm Cares. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
