  • Responsibilities

    A unique and exciting mortgage team in the Denver Tech Center is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to bring our marketing to the next level. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and online client interaction. Must be an expert in social media marketing and analytics, driving client engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth. This position also includes graphic design, executing the gifting program, and event management. *This is an in office position Responsibilities: • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages clients to take action • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each profile • Create social media calendars and syndication schedules • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, sales) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions Qualifications: • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist • Excellent consulting, copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented • Wicked multitasker and organizational ability • Fluent in English • 5 years experience in a similar role This is an in-office position at the Denver Tech Center Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
