This is a hands-on opportunity in an early-stage environment where the Marketing Manager owns execution across channels, builds playbooks and attribution infrastructure, and directs third-party vendors when needed. The role supports both Shred Vault and DataShield, with priorities centered on commercial lead generation, sponsor-supported acquisition, retail promotion, consumer adoption, and client renewal support through sustainability and impact reporting.

Coordinate lead handoff, qualification feedback, and closed-won reporting with Client Operations and Shred Partners

Create and maintain B2B co-marketing playbooks, activation checklists, templates, collateral, and reporting packages across client programs

Produce pitch materials and campaign assets that support sponsorship and other B2B-facing sales efforts

Execute co-marketing activations and deliver post-program recaps that quantify impressions, conversions, earned media value, and client impact

Develop retailer-facing launch and promotion materials, including signage, point-of-purchase collateral, local landing pages, and launch campaigns

Own launch marketing for new locations, including Google Business Profile setup, local SEO coordination, and campaign rollout

Establish and maintain attribution tracking across paid, earned, organic, sponsor, and kiosk-driven channels

Report channel performance, customer acquisition cost, conversion trends, and campaign effectiveness to improve resource allocation

Maintain accurate campaign, lead source, and account data in HubSpot or comparable systems

Build onboarding, activation, engagement, win-back, review, and referral programs that support consumer adoption and repeat usage

Manage social media publishing, community engagement, content production, landing page updates, and end-to-end campaign execution

Oversee external vendors and partners to ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities

Translate feedback from retailers, clients, and internal stakeholders into practical improvements to campaigns and promotional programs

Support executive KPI reporting, sustainability and impact reporting, and marketing support for DataShield as assigned

    Required Skills & Abilities

Ability to take ownership of marketing execution and make sound decisions within a defined business framework

Strong written communication skills for collateral, reporting, campaign materials, and documented playbooks

Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment with clear deadlines and shifting needs

Skill in building structured processes, tracking performance, and maintaining reliable documentation

Experience using attribution, customer acquisition cost, and conversion insights to improve marketing efficiency

Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, retail partners, and client-facing teams

Hands-on capability across content, email, social media, campaign execution, and creative direction

Working proficiency in HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including disciplined data management

    Other Requirements

Experience owning marketing execution end to end in a small-team or early-stage environment

Background in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related marketing operations role

Experience with partner, sponsor, or channel co-marketing programs

Familiarity with local promotion, multi-location marketing, and Google Business Profile management is preferred
