    We are seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic partner to firm leadership and a hands-on driver of growth. This role is ideal for a locally rooted marketing professional who understands Washington State communities and thrives at the intersection of relationship-based marketing, digital strategy, and brand execution. This is not a siloed role. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO and COO to shape and execute the firm’s marketing vision across all channels — from community partnerships and referral networks to digital campaigns, events, content, and brand stewardship. Local presence is essential. Relationship building, in-person networking, and deep familiarity with Washington State markets are core to this role. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Collaboration • Partner directly with the CEO and COO to develop and execute the firm’s short- and long-term marketing strategy • Translate leadership vision into clear marketing initiatives, campaigns, and measurable outcomes • Serve as the central point of accountability for marketing execution across all channels Local & Grassroots Marketing (WA State Focus) • Build, maintain, and grow local referral relationships (attorneys, therapists, financial professionals, mediators, community organizations, and related partners) • Represent the firm at local events, networking opportunities, sponsorships, and community initiatives • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with the firm’s values and client base • Coordinate in-person marketing efforts across Washington State markets Digital Marketing & Online Presence • Oversee digital marketing strategy, including: Website content and optimization, SEO and paid advertising efforts, social media platforms (strategy, posting, engagement, analytics), email marketing, and drip campaigns • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed to execute digital initiatives • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data and results Brand Management & Content • Protect and evolve the firm’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity • Oversee creation of marketing materials, including: social media content, blog posts, articles, and thought leadership, event materials, print collateral, and presentations • Ensure brand consistency across all offices, platforms, and touchpoints Campaigns, Events & PR • Plan and execute marketing campaigns tied to firm goals and seasonal initiatives • Coordinate seminars, webinars, workshops, CLEs, and community events • Assist with PR opportunities, media outreach, and reputation management • Support leadership visibility and personal branding initiatives as needed Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management • Track and report on marketing KPIs and ROI • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and contracts • Continuously evaluate what’s working — and what isn’t — to optimize performance Qualifications: RequiredWashington State resident with the ability to attend in-person meetings, events, and networking functions • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services (law firm experience a plus) • Proven experience with local, relationship-based marketing and community engagement • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with executive leadership Preferred • Experience in legal, financial, healthcare, or other relationship-driven industries • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media schedulers, and analytics dashboards • Experience supporting executive or founder-led brands Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
