    Position Overview:

    • Lead and supervise the marketing team, driving key strategic goals and ensuring the successful execution of creative campaigns.

    • Maintain and update corporate documents for pre-qualifications, proposals, and presentations to ensure accuracy and quality.

    • Work closely with Business Development, Estimating, and Operations teams to create and sustain corporate materials like brochures, project profiles, and client presentations, ensuring consistency with branding standards and delivering high-quality outcomes.

    • Spearhead brand management across all marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive integration of branding in presentations, proposals, and company events.

    • Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and timely updates on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

    • Plan, organize, and execute corporate engagement events.

    • Manage the procurement and distribution of promotional items, corporate gifts, and tickets to sporting events.

    • Supervise updates to the company website and internal intranet, coordinating with external contractors for technical support when needed.

    • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a diverse team.

    • Energetic, deadline-oriented approach with a focus on results.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with copywriting and editing.

    • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

    • Strong creative design skills, with the ability to generate and implement new ideas.

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, and video editing tools.

    Required Experience:

    • A minimum of 10 years in Marketing, including prior management experience, ideally within the construction services sector.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution, along with relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and professional experience.
