Job Description
The Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that advance organizational growth, brand awareness, and service line development. This role translates strategic direction into actionable marketing plans and coordinates cross-channel tactics, including paid media, digital advertising, print, events, and activations.
The position collaborates closely with the Director of Communications & Marketing, Creative Services & Brand Manager, and Media Relations & Content Specialist to ensure campaigns are cohesive, data-driven, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Qualifications
Education:
bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
Related Work Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience required; healthcare marketing experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
None required.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, paid media platforms, and campaign analytics.
• Proficiency in digital advertising tools, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Smartsheet, Google Ads, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and results-driven decision-making.
• Supports and advances the hospital's mission and core values.
