  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own our growth engine end-to-end. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels to drive high-intent leads and revenue for Fabworks. This is a small, fast-moving team where you’ll be responsible for both the strategy and the doing. Benefits: 401(k) match and partial health insurance coverage. Responsibilities: • Own and optimize performance across Google Ads (search & display) and retargeting. • Drive and track SEO initiatives to increase qualified organic traffic. • Plan and manage paid creator/influencer campaigns, from outreach to ROI tracking. • Develop and refine Fabworks’ brand presence across web, email, and social. • Create and test landing pages, ads, and content to improve conversion rates. • Build reporting dashboards, track KPIs, and make clear recommendations based on data. • Collaborate with sales/ops to turn customer insights into campaigns that actually move the needle. Qualifications: • Critical: Experience with manufacturing, engineering, or technical audiences. • 3+ years experience in performance or growth marketing (B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred). • Proven track record running and scaling Google Ads campaigns with positive ROI. • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy. • Strong copywriting skills for ads, email, and landing pages. • Comfortable with tools like Google Ads, GA4/analytics, and basic marketing automation/CRM. • Highly self-directed: can set goals, prioritize, and execute without a big team. Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly

    $90,000-$120,000 per year
