We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator/Manager who can help craft captivating marketing campaigns that elevate our brands in the digital space and the trade world. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: Digital Marketing MagicCreate buzz for our brands! You’ll develop and execute exciting marketing strategies to engage our audience and grow brand presence across channels. • Rock the social media game. From Instagram to TikTok, you’ll create fun, engaging content that tells the story of our wines and connects with fans everywhere. • Collaborate on cool campaigns. Work alongside the Grapejuice Group team to roll out seasonal promotions, product launches, and eye-catching digital campaigns that stand out. • Crunch the numbers. Use Google Analytics and your analytical skills to track performance, optimize campaigns, and bring fresh ideas to the table. • Write killer content. Create on-brand copy that captivates audiences and brings our wines to life. Trade Marketing WizardryDevelop trade programs that shine. You’ll craft compelling trade marketing initiatives for our fine wine brands, including selling tools, POS materials, and trade communications that help our partners succeed. • Team up with Sales. Work with the Sales team to create and execute strategic marketing programs that will help grow our brand in the wholesale and on-premise channels. • Monitor the magic. You’ll track key metrics, measure the success of trade programs, and report back on ROI and performance. • Manage trade materials. Keep track of POS inventory and ensure the Sales team has the materials they need to support their efforts. • Analyze, adapt, and improve. Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities, always looking for ways to enhance our trade marketing initiatives. Creative Content & CoordinationDesign with flair. You’ll use a creative suite to create visually stunning marketing materials, both for digital campaigns and trade programs. • Manage the website. Create content, design, and manage a stunning and usable website. • Capture the moment. Plan and coordinate photoshoots and videos that highlight the beauty of our wines and give our audience a glimpse into the stories behind each bottle. • Plan unforgettable events. From VIP tastings to trade shows, you’ll help bring events to life that leave a lasting impression on both trade partners and consumers. Reporting, Analytics & Continuous ImprovementTrack and measure success. Set KPIs for both digital and trade marketing programs and ensure we're meeting goals. • Optimize along the way. Based on performance insights, you’ll adjust strategies to keep things fresh and on track. • Synthesize insights. Whether it’s social media performance, trade feedback, or industry trends, you’ll turn data into actionable insights that drive growth. Team Spirit & CollaborationWork hard, laugh hard. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: Required:A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or trade marketing (experience in the wine industry is a big plus). • Social media savvy – you know what works on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and you’re always on the lookout for the next big trend. • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are your go-to tools. • A master of project management – you know how to juggle multiple campaigns, manage timelines, and keep things moving smoothly. • Strong communication skills – from writing social media captions to presenting to leadership, you’ve got the words to get your point across. • Analytical mindset – you know how to use data to evaluate performance and make smart decisions. • A great team player – you thrive in a collaborative environment, sharing ideas, brainstorming, and executing with enthusiasm. Preferred:Wine knowledge – you’re familiar with wine regions, production processes, and distribution channels, or you're eager to learn. • Event planning experience – if you’ve coordinated wine tastings, trade shows, or other events, we’re all ears. • Passion for the industry – a love for wine is essential; we want someone who gets excited about wine culture, brands, and trends. • A valid driver’s license – because you’ll likely be out and about visiting partners, wineries, and events. Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
