You’ll lead campaigns that drive motivated seller leads, fuel RealtyCo’s recruiting, and keep our personal brands front and center in Pittsburgh. This is the role for someone who loves real estate, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a measurable impact where their work truly matters. Responsibilities: • Manage direct mail campaigns : pulling lists, coordinating design/printing, tracking ROI. • Keep ads & SEO vendors accountable: review reports, flag issues, track KPIs. • Handle retargeting and online campaign alignment with offline marketing. • Run email recruiting campaigns (templates already built, just manage + improve). • Film & edit short-form content for Ryan & Joey (phone-level edits, reels, posts). • Maintain social media calendars and consistent posting across brands. • Collect testimonials, success stories, and repurpose them into content. • Coordinate with inside sales callers and marketing team members as needed. Qualifications: • 2–4 years of marketing experience (agency, small business, or real estate background a plus). • Comfortable with social media, email tools, Canva, and basic video editing apps. • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you don’t need hand-holding. • Strong writing skills (ads, posts, captions, emails). • Able to juggle multiple campaigns and vendors without losing quality. Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
