About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own lead generation from strategy through execution. This is not a strategy-only role. We need someone who can build, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns while managing the systems and team responsible for turning marketing activity into qualified leads. This person will work directly with the owner and will be responsible for driving measurable growth across paid advertising, CRM workflows, lead follow-up systems, and marketing team execution. What You’ll Do Paid Advertising & Lead Generation Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Local Services Ads, Display, and remarketing. Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness. Own budgets, bidding strategy, campaign structure, testing, and ongoing optimization. Write ad copy, coordinate creative assets, and run A/B tests. Track performance across CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, booked appointments, and lead quality. CRM, Funnels & Automation Manage GoHighLevel, including pipelines, contacts, tags, automations, and lead nurture workflows. Build and improve follow-up sequences, booking funnels, and lead routing processes. Ensure every lead is captured, assigned, followed up with, and tracked properly. Build and maintain automation workflows in Make.com to connect tools such as GHL, Google Ads, Meta, Asana, and other platforms. Document workflows so the team can maintain and improve them over time.
Team & Project Management Lead a remote marketing team of 6 professionals based overseas. Run daily check-ins focused on priorities, blockers, accountability, and execution. Assign, track, and follow up on tasks in Asana. Provide clear feedback and make sure projects move forward on time. Reporting & Planning Build and execute a monthly marketing plan aligned with sales goals. Track lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, appointment volume, and campaign performance. Present clear weekly or bi-weekly reports to ownership with insights, next steps, and recommendations. What We’re Looking For Required Experience 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Experience generating leads for home services, home improvement, construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or similar local service businesses. Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar. Experience managing or coordinating a remote marketing team. Strong communication skills, organization, ownership, and attention to detail. Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics. Must be able to work on-site in Bellevue, WA. Nice to Have Experience with Google Local Services Ads. Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation tools. Familiarity with Buildertrend or contractor software. Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools. Experience with landing pages, CRO, and appointment-booking funnels.
