KeyOpp is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll lead ongoing marketing operations, execute campaigns, and contribute to high-level creative and strategic initiatives. Compensation: $16,640 - $20,800 yearly Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Social Media • Plan and execute monthly social media calendars • Research trends and develop strategies focused on social growth • Distribute content effectively across platforms Marketing Design & Visual Assets • Conceptualize and guide the creation of social media graphics, ad creatives, and infographics • Use Canva, Photoshop, or other tools to design and refine visuals • Edit short-form marketing videos to align with branding Marketing Operations • Collaborate with vendors to order branded materials • Support real estate agents by leading marketing deliverables for property listings Quarterly Projects (Rocks) • Own and execute key marketing projects each quarter • Manage timelines and deliverables using a sprint-based approach Content Writing & SEO • Write blogs that incorporate SEO best practices and targeted keywords • Ensure all written content supports lead generation and brand positioning Email Marketing • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns • Write newsletters and test subject lines, content, and layouts for performance Performance Tracking & Reporting • Track KPIs like website conversions, email open rates, and social engagement • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to guide data-driven decisions • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next steps Project Management • Build project timelines with defined milestones and KPIs • Prioritize and balance long-term initiatives with day-to-day marketing tasks Quality Control • Review all creative outputs to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact • Proactively address potential roadblocks and maintain high standards Continuous Improvement • Apply A/B testing and iterative optimization to improve campaign ROI • Stay agile and adapt strategies based on what’s working (and what’s not) Culture & Collaboration • Embody KeyOpp’s core values of teamwork, ownership, and innovation • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in marketing, content, or design roles • Proficient in Canva (Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus) • Strong writing skills with a good grasp of marketing strategy • Highly organized and deadline-oriented • Experience managing marketing projects and content calendars • Bonus: Real estate or property management industry familiarity Compensation: $16,640 - $20,800 yearly
