Now, we're ready to elevate our marketing—and we're hiring a Marketing Manager to help lead the way. If you're a results-driven marketer with a track record of boosting ROAS across digital and social channels, and you have experience using A.I., this role could be for you. You’ll own our marketing strategy with a focus on digital media, paid ads, social media engagement, and TV. You'll be working closely with leadership to create and optimize multi-channel campaigns that deliver real results, while integrating A.I. to boost our brand. Salary Structure: $120,000 total yearly compensation with base salary and bonuses combined. Base hourly wage of $26.50 - $29, with significant company and individual bonuses. Our goal is for you to double your salary with our generous bonus structure. Responsibilities: • Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and community engagement • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and data • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging • Analyze performance data to continuously improve ROAS • Integrate A.I. into our marketing • Contribute written content for all marketing channels • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and make strategic recommendations • Identify trends and opportunities in the market to keep the brand competitive and fresh • Develop and execute the annual and quarterly marketing plan with clear KPIs • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners when necessary Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Hands-on marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital media and social media advertising • Ability to integrate A.I. into our marketing campaigns • Proven track record of increasing ROAS through paid digital campaigns • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc • Excellent communication and project management abilities • Comfortable working in a small, nimble team where every role counts • Knowledge of local media buying and regional market trends • Graphic design or light copywriting skills are a plus Compensation: $120,000 yearly
