    We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to champion our firm’s marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll help execute strategic marketing efforts that elevate our brand, attract prospective clients, and fuel business development. The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing background, standout communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver impactful campaigns within the legal industry. Responsibilities: • Strategic Marketing Execution — Implement and refine comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with firm goals, collaborating with leadership and attorneys to prioritize target markets and practice areas. • Brand Stewardship & Positioning — Manage and protect the firm’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards across all communications and platforms. • Digital Marketing & Content Leadership — Oversee website, email, social media, and digital campaigns; partner with attorneys to produce high-quality thought leadership content using modern tools, including AI and video. • Client & Referral Growth — Strengthen client relationships and expand the firm’s referral network through coordinated, omnichannel engagement strategies that support retention and business development. • Events, Sponsorships, & Visibility — Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and educational programs that elevate the firm’s presence and deepen professional relationships. • Performance. Analytics & Market Insight — Track campaign performance, analyze industry trends and competitor activity, and provide actionable reporting on KPIs and ROI. • Operational & Vendor Management — Manage marketing budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and provide regular updates to leadership on initiatives, outcomes, and strategic progress. Qualifications: • Education & Experience — Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred; 8+ years in marketing or 6+ years in legal or professional services marketing with demonstrated results. • Industry Expertise — Strong understanding of professional services marketing, with a preference for experience in the legal or financial sectors. • Digital Marketing Proficiency — Working knowledge of website management, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and business-focused social media strategy. • Advanced Marketing Tools — Expertise in Google Ads, Google Business Profiles, Meta advertising, keyword research, marketing automation/nurture funnels, newsletter platforms, Canva, Hootsuite, Excel, and AI-assisted marketing tools. • Communication & Collaboration Skills — Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to partner effectively with attorneys, clients, and external vendors. • Data-Driven & Strategic Thinking — Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and guide marketing decisions. • Creative & Growth-Oriented Mindset — Innovative approach to marketing within a professional services environment and a commitment to staying current with legal marketing trends and best practices. • Relationship Management — Relationship building experience in business development and in building partnerships with other professionals that support the growth and influence of the firm. Compensation: $95,000
