This role is responsible for defining and executing our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on client lifecycle, brand positioning, referral-driven growth, and long-term business development. You will start by learning about us deeply: the clients, our values, our data, our history, and our goals. From there, you will help answer critical questions like: • How should we be marketing to past clients and referral partners to drive repeat and referral business? • What systems need to exist so that no client relationship goes cold after closing? • How do we introduce ourselves to people who don’t know us yet, thoughtfully and consistently? • Where should we focus energy and budget, and where should we stop? • What does the client experience look like from first touch through lifetime relationship, and how does marketing support every stage? This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with execution. You will not just recommend ideas, you'll be building them. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Direction • Learn The Muñoz Group brand, client base, and business deeply • Develop a clear marketing strategy for past clients, referral partners, sphere of influence, and prospective clients new to the brand • Define messaging, channels, and priorities for each audience segment • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across current marketing efforts • Make thoughtful recommendations on what to start, stop, and refine • Align marketing strategy with annual business goals, production targets, and lead source priorities Client Lifecycle & Relationship Marketing • Design and execute past-client and referral nurture strategies that drive repeat business and referrals • Build marketing touchpoints for key client moments from the first consultation through the years after closing • Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, client communications, and milestone-based outreach • Partner with the Head of Happiness and the operations team to ensure marketing aligns with the real client experience • Support the planning and marketing of 2+ annual client appreciation events and smaller community gatherings Brand Positioning & Marketing Execution • Own and protect brand consistency across all marketing materials and client-facing communications • Develop listing and project marketing collateral that reflects our standard of quality • Coordinate with photographers, designers, videographers, and vendors to produce polished deliverables • Oversee all marketing output with a focus on quality, clarity, and restraint, ensuring nothing goes out that doesn’t meet the standard • Provide strategic direction to external content creators and contractors working on social media, video, or other specialized content Growth & Awareness Marketing • Help define how new audiences discover and understand The Muñoz Group • Support marketing for Hawkridge and other growth initiatives • Build campaign flows and messaging that introduce the brand thoughtfully to new prospects • Develop strategies for sphere-of-influence growth, agent referral network marketing, and community visibility • Partner with outside specialists for advanced SEO, paid advertising, or technical work when needed Systems, Measurement & Iteration • Track and review marketing performance with a focus on what’s driving referrals, repeat business, and new client acquisition • Bring structure and repeatability to marketing execution, including building the systems so marketing works consistently over time • Refine strategy based on results, client feedback, and evolving business goals • Report insights and recommendations directly to leadership Qualifications: Must-Haves • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles • Proven ability to translate business goals into marketing strategy and execute end-to-end • Experience designing client lifecycle, nurture, or retention marketing programs • Excellent judgment, taste, and attention to detail • Ability to think both short-term and long-term and move between strategy and execution fluidly • Comfortable working closely with leadership and operating with high autonomy • Austin-based or willing to relocate Nice-to-Haves • Real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience • Lifecycle marketing or client experience design background • Experience building marketing systems in growing or founder-led businesses • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
