    Northwest Pump is looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on market analysis, lead generation, CRM-driven campaigns, and optimizing our digital buyer experience through eCommerce. We're looking for a hands-on marketer who can turn insights into action, support sales strategy, and strengthen our presence in key markets.     What will this position do?

    • Develop and launch targeted campaigns using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics365) to drive lead generation, prospect nurturing, and sales outreach—with performance monitoring and optimization built in.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer segments, and regional opportunities across business lines.
    • Build and maintain internal tools such as customer personas, market snapshots, and opportunity maps to support commercial planning.
    • Oversee the eCommerce platform and digital catalog, ensuring accurate listings, intuitive navigation, and a seamless quoting and purchasing experience.
    • Maintain and update website content and structure to reflect current offerings and optimize for SEO and the digital buyer journey.
    • Create and maintain consistent, brand-aligned messaging across digital marketing channels and collateral.
    • Support development of customer-facing content including case studies, landing pages, and campaign copy.
    • Manage social media presence, coordinating professional and timely posts related to company news, job openings, and project milestones.

    What are we looking for?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 4-6 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in B2B industries like industrial services, petroleum equipment, or construction
    • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce) and CMS systems (e.g., Monday.com)
    • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Dynamics365
    • Expertise in SEO, digital content creation, campaign management, and analytics
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sense of collaboration
    • Strong ability to turn data into marketing action plans
    • Experience with brand integration or post-acquisition marketing is a plus
    • Familiarity with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is helpful

    • This is a full-time, hybrid position, working regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
