    • The Marketing Manager take full ownership of the marketing function by leading strategies, overseeing daily execution, and partnering with an external agency to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth across key markets. The ideal candidate brings a mix of digital skills, creative direction, project management, and team coordination. The Marketing Manager will play a key part in driving brand visibility and supporting sales initiatives across multiple channels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead marketing staff and manage relationships with external agency to ensure brand alignment and campaign execution
    • Develop and execute marketing plans focused on business growth and brand consistency
    • Direct creative and campaign initiatives with agency partners, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
    • Manage company branding across digital and print media, internal documents, website, and advertising
    • Create and update digital content including website, email communications, and social media
    • Support business development with updated collateral, product materials, and sales tools
    • Plan and coordinate trade show participation, industry events, and customer-facing promotions
    • Analyze and report marketing results and campaign ROI
    • Conduct market and competitor research to guide marketing direction

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field
    • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience preferred
    • Background in construction and/or manufacturing environments
    • Experience working with external marketing agencies or freelancers
    • Proficiency in digital tools and CRMs such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Hubspot, or Salesforce
    • Willingness to travel occasionally to events, job sites, and field locations

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 105k - 120k/year range
