    Overview

    A growing small business with customers located throughout the United States is looking for a marketing manager to oversee online paid search, website and print advertising, customer retention, social media, email marketing, and customer reviews.

    This position is ideal for a self directed, highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy marketer who have experience with paid search, social media, and print advertising.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee Paid Media - Develop, maintain, and optimize search/shopping ads and product streams across search engines including Microsoft (Bing) and Google. Manage ad copy, paid search budgets, campaign structures, keywords, match types, extensions, remarketing, dashboards, reports including SQR. Align business goals, audience, strategy, and budgets. Track and report KPIs.

    Website Marketing Management - Create and maintain website banners, promotions, coupon codes to increase customer engagement and promote products.

    Manage Customer Marketing - Develop and maintain customer retention marketing and new customer programs and promotions. Create and send email marketing campaigns. Produce print mailings and mail merges from customer lists.

    Manage customer reviews - Help promote and monitor customer reviews.

    Social Media Accounts Management - Develop and maintain social media accounts.

    Marketing Budget - Manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.

    Experience and significant demonstrated knowledge and skills in management and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns.

    Proven success in creating and managing digital and print advertising, email campaigns, and marketing budgets.

    Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and marketing content creation.

    Proficient with Google Analytics, Adwords, Merchant Center, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Ads, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

    Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for design.
