Perspire Sauna Studio is a premium infrared sauna studio focused on wellness, recovery, and exceptional guest experience. We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to help grow membership, improve retention, and strengthen community ties through smart marketing and local partnerships.

Role Overview

You will lead all marketing for our studio, driving membership growth, increasing retention, and improving KPIs through digital acquisition, sales strategy development and implementation, B2B partnership development, and on-site training. This position will report directly to the Studio Manager and the ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute an integrated local marketing plan to drive leads, session count, conversions, and membership growth.

Develop and manage B2B partnerships (gyms, wellness providers, corporate wellness programs, HR/benefits managers, local medical/spa partners) to generate leads, referral streams, and memberships.

Help oversee digital acquisition campaigns (paid social, search, display), email marketing, SMS, and CRM-driven retention programs.

Organize and execute local events and activations to increase brand awareness, drive first visits, and sell memberships.

Organize, manage and execute periodical promotional campaigns for the studio.

Track and analyze core KPIs and provide regular reporting with clear recommendations.

Attend weekly calls with digital advertising, marketing, and lead sourcing partners.

Train and develop Membership Sales Associates to improve lead conversion, sales, and retention.

Qualifications

3+ years marketing experience with proven local/digital results; experience in B2B partnerships or corporate sales strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success driving membership or subscription growth and improving retention metrics.

Proficient with paid social and search advertising, email/SMS marketing, and CRM tools.

Strong relationship-builder—comfortable pitching and managing local business and corporate partners.

Data-driven with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing campaigns.

Excellent communication and project-management skills; hands-on and results-oriented.

Nice-to-Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience in wellness, fitness, corporate wellness or spa industries.

Familiarity with infrared saunas and franchising.
