Pittet Architecturals is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager whose primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth. This is not a passive branding role. This role is accountable for building and executing a marketing system that consistently produces inbound and outbound opportunities for our sales team. Responsibilities: Lead Generation (Top Priority) • Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified inbound leads • Build campaigns across • Instagram / Social • Email marketing • Website/landing pages • Optimize lead flow through Shopify and web channels • Track and improve conversion rates Campaign Execution • Plan and execute • Product campaigns • Inventory pushes - Spring Cleaning Sales • Designer outreach campaigns • Maintain consistent marketing cadence Content Creation & Distribution • Weekly content - Oversee or execute: • Product photography (inventory, showroom) • Short-form video (Instagram, TikTok) • Ensure all content drives engagement and leads • Email campaigns (1-2x/week) Qualifications: Sales & Marketing Alignment Work directly with sales to: • Support active deals • Generate opportunities from existing client lists, product details, and marketing materials, Ensure marketing supports: • Designers • Builders • Architects Website & Product Marketing Manage Shopify product listings: • Upload new inventory • Optimize SEO (titles, descriptions) • Maintain and improve website conversion Performance Tracking Track and report: • Leads generated (weekly/monthly) • Campaign performance • Conversion rates • Own results—not just activity Success Metrics (KPIs) Lead Measures (Activity) • Content posted weekly • Campaigns launched - Weekly • Email cadence maintained • Website updates Lag Measures (Results) • 50 qualified leads generated per month • $4M+ Year over Year of Marketing Driven Pipeline • Conversion rate from lead - opportunity - sale Compensation: $50,000
