    We’re seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to oversee and elevate our full marketing ecosystem across digital, social, print, and branding initiatives. This is an ideal role for a creative, highly organized marketer ready to take ownership of brand consistency and campaign execution for a top-performing Manhattan real estate team. Responsibilities: ScheduleFull Time (In-Person / Hybrid Flex) | Manhattan, NYC • $70,000 - $95,000 base (depending on experience) + bonus potential Digital Marketing & Social Media • Manage social media strategy and content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook • Increase video-first content output; coordinate shoots, scripts, and edits • Create and manage a consistent publishing schedule • Review analytics and optimize content for performance • Maintain and update the team website Email Marketing • Write and design bi-weekly newsletters • Create branded email templates • Manage email blasts for listings, events, and broker opens • Monitor engagement and adjust strategy Print Marketing & Farming • Oversee farming campaigns from design to mailing • Maintain accurate mailing lists • Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery Brand & Campaign Management • Uphold and develop brand visual identity and tone • Create and execute campaigns that strengthen visibility, engagement, and lead generation • Stay current on market and social trends, especially within NYC real estate Team & Vendor Management • Manage two virtual assistants (design + marketing support) • Set priorities, deadlines, and quality expectations • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external creatives Listing Marketing Support • Create high-quality show sheets, brochures, mailers, reels, and stories • Assist with writing and refining luxury listing descriptions • Oversee marketing timelines and ensure status updates across all platforms Additional Responsibilities • Maintain seller/buyer guides, templates, and brand guides • Help manage the media library (photos, videos, templates) • Support larger campaign ideas, seasonal pushes, and neighborhood series Qualifications: What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, campaign management, or similar • Strong understanding of social and digital trends • Excellent written communication skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability • Ability to manage projects, vendors, and VAs • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset • Experience in real estate (bonus but not required) Preferred (Not Required) Tools • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut • WordPress or CMS platforms • Constant Contact or email platforms • Metricool, Hootsuite, or scheduling tools • Google Analytics / social analytics • Asana, Monday, or similar project tools Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll have creative freedom, ownership of brand consistency, and the opportunity to build marketing systems for a highly recognized Manhattan real estate team.
