This role is perfect for someone who loves both big-picture strategy and rolling up their sleeves, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and enjoys being out in the field—connecting with teams, guests, and the communities we serve.

If you’re equal parts creative storyteller and data-driven marketer, passionate about food, beverage, and memorable experiences, and excited by building brands that people genuinely love, we want to meet you.

    What You’ll Do

You’ll own and drive marketing initiatives across our entire portfolio—bringing brands to life, fueling growth, and ensuring a consistent, standout presence everywhere guests interact with us.

    Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute marketing efforts across all So Hospitality Group concepts

Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and annual calendars

Create, manage, and publish engaging digital content across social media, email, and websites

Design and produce marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Canva a plus)

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns; track KPIs and performance metrics

Manage and optimize CRM platforms to drive guest engagement, loyalty, and retention

Execute field, community, and event marketing including on-site activations, partnerships, and sponsorships

Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, agencies, photographers, and media partners

Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure brand consistency, accurate messaging, and strong guest experiences

Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and events teams to support promotions and storytelling

Analyze results, prepare performance reports, and refine strategies to maximize ROI

Support PR efforts and local media outreach to increase brand visibility

Represent So Hospitality Group at community and industry events as a brand ambassador

Lead weekly marketing performance meetings to review results, share insights, and drive continuous improvement

    What We’re Looking For

3+ years of marketing experience (hospitality, F&B, or consumer-facing brands preferred)

Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva experience is a bonus

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution—from content creation to campaign launches

Comfortable working occasional weekends for events, activations, or promotions

Willingness to regularly visit locations to build relationships and ensure brand accuracy

    Bonus Points If You Have

Experience managing paid ads, KPIs, and CRM platforms

A strong track record managing agencies and third-party vendors

Experience with influencer partnerships, PR campaigns, and community outreach

Background in restaurant groups, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

A sharp eye for brand storytelling and guest engagement

A genuine passion for food, beverage, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
